Creto systems can be customized for any project including new construction as well as existing in-service concrete. To create a system for in-service concrete, choose a Creto Cleaner designed to clean your specific need (dirt, oil, grease, mineral deposits, rust, etc.) Add to that a concrete densifier / sealer (Deep Penetrating Sealer (DPS) to enhance the concrete's longevity of blocking moisture from entering the concrete's matrix, and finally adding a water repellent (TopSeal) which blocks surface moisture, eliminating an environment for surface contaminants to accumulate which create mold & mildew.
