No Charge for Test Patterns
Since Integral Waterproofing does not create a membrane, thus you do not see it on the surface, a test pattern must be done to assure that there is sufficient porosity to allow the product to penetrate the surface. Watertite Sales will do test patterns at no charge to assure that the substrate will provide the proper criteria for chemical reaction. We are committed to solving your problems not just selling you products so pre-testing the project can eliminate any concerns before the job is started. |
Specification & Scope of Work Assistance
Watertite Sales assists specifiers in creating specifications of represented products. With our knowledge of the competitive market, we can assist the specifier to create the proper "equals" list to provide competitive bids. We can assist in the writing of a scope of work for a project particularly where a design professional is not required. Watertite Sales with their relationship with design professionals can also guide building owners to a design professional when one is needed. We assist the contractor in estimating material cost, as well as verify the installation process to ensure labor cost accuracy. 
Education & Training
Watertite Sales offers the specifiers lunch & learn seminars on Integral Waterproofing and products we represent. In addition, we offer continuing education credit courses. Pre-job meetings are held with contractors to review scope of work and products to be used. On-site job assistance & training is provided to ensure proper application. 
Pre and Post Job Inspections & Reporting
Watertite Sales will follow the job from start to finish to ensure it is completed according to the scope of work.
