Parking garages offer some unique challenges not only to keep them clean, but to maintain their structural integrity. Creto Worldwide manufactures a water based, low odor cleaner for dirt, dust, oil, grease in addition the cleaner can remove, rust, battery acid, & efflorescence. Creto's Deep Penetrating Sealer(DPS) can be used to waterproof the concrete deck, providing a clean, dry substrate for a traffic coating. If concrete dust is an issue, one application can permanently seal its surface, eliminating dusting by densifying the surface. DPS penetrates into the concrete going below the surface & chemically reacts with the alkali, It becomes a permanent part of the concrete. DPS is a non-membrane forming hydrophilic sealer which is not a bond blocker and will not alter the surface profile. The DPS blocks moisture from all six sides of the concrete, not just the positive side where a membrane is applied. TopSeal Water Repellent is an inexpensive method of keeping the top of the concrete surface clean and dry with no change in the concrete surface profile.
