There are a number of moisture issues plaguing these buildings.  Wind driven rain through masonry walls can cause mold & mildew to form.  Moisture pushed through concrete floor slabs, and blocked by non-breathable floor coverings cause mold to form on the underside of the floor covering. Body fluids contaminate the floor surfaces exposing patients to health risks.  
Creto Worldwide produces products that clean and seal concrete and are environmentally friendly which will not affect the normal routine of the facility. Creto Deep Clean is a non-acidic cleaner that can be diluted to remove grease and oil, or at full strength can remove mineral deposits, waxes and the Creto Deep Penetrating Sealer (DPS) is a penetrating sealer that is a hydrophilic that can block out hydrostatic pressure, and can be applied from either the positive or negative side. The DPS is a permanent solution to moisture issues, never requiring additional applications. The DPS has a high pH level during application eliminating mold & mildew within the concrete matrix, but cures to a pH of 7-9 allowing most floor coatings, and coverings to be applied directly over the concrete with no adverse effect in areas where a water repellent is required, Creto TopSeal can be applied. In addition to repelling water, it repels body fluids, grease, oil, and acids.
