Once the structure is clean, Creto's non-membrane forming concrete densifier / sealer penetrate into the substrate chemically reacting to Alkali within the concrete to form glass like crystals blocking moisture from entering the substrate, while allowing moisture vapor to flow from the substrate. The Creto Deep Penetrating Sealer (DPS) will actually seal cracks up to .004 mm.
To finish the waterproofing of the structure, Creto water repellent block the surface moisture. Creto TopSealin conjunction with Creto Deep Penetrating Sealer (DPS) can block wind-driven rain exceeding 90 mph.
